The Press Association: 'Cocaine dangers' drive launched

The Press Association: 'Cocaine dangers' drive launched: "A campaign to raise awareness of the health risks of cocaine has been launched.
About 140 pubs and clubs will be visited over the next four weeks, bolstered by a wider £269,000 advertising programme.
The Know the Score campaign aims to 'correct' misconceptions about the class A drug, which the Scottish Government said is the second-most used among young people.
Community Safety Minister Fergus Ewing said: 'The key message of this campaign is clear - you don't know what you're getting when you take cocaine.
'Cocaine is not a harmless drug. The risks to health of individuals and communities are as serious as they are significant, and that's why this festive period we are taking the message across Scotland to highlight the dangers.'
Awareness weekends at towns and cities will highlight risks such anxiety and paranoia as well as the increased chance of heart attacks and strokes.
Marketing staff will approach people in pubs and clubs seeking their opinion and experiences of the drug."
